Plaintiffs Lawrence Paul Turner and Paul Abraham instituted suit on October 19, 1965 against W. D. Ewing, Callender Auto Rental and Fidelity General Insurance Company to recover damages arising out of an automobile collision which occurred on May 7, 1965 at the intersection of Jackson Avenue and Rousseau Street in the city of New Orleans.
