This is a suit for damages resulting from an automobile accident which occurred August 29, 1966, in the 2500 block of Plank Road in the City of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, when a 1957 automobile driven by Annie M. Stewart struck the rear of a 1966 Ford Station wagon operated by the plaintiff, Oliver C. Harrell.
