PER CURIAM:

The petitioner, Samuel Veney, was convicted by a jury in the Circuit Court for Frederick County of murder in the first degree and on May 16, 1966, was sentenced by that court to death by the administration of lethal gas. We affirmed the judgment on October 15, 1968, in Veney v. State, 251 Md. 182, 246 A.2d 568. The Supreme Court of the United States denied certiorari on April 1, 1969...
