LASSETER v. LASSETER

No. 70-34.

241 So.2d 455 (1970)

Angelika Y. LASSETER, Appellant, v. John A. LASSETER, Appellee.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Third District.

Rehearing Denied December 14, 1970.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

William John Mason, Miami, for appellant.

Abramson & Butter, Miami Beach, for appellee.

Before PEARSON, C.J., and HENDRY and SWANN, JJ.

PER CURIAM.

The plaintiff, wife, appeals a final judgment of divorce and assigns as error the amount of child support and the amount of attorney's fees allowed. In addition she assigns as error the denial of her prayer for permanent alimony. We have reviewed the record and find that in each instance the appellant has failed to demonstrate an abuse of discretion vested in the trial judge. Beaty v. Beaty, Fla.App. 1965, 177 So.2d 54
