Plaintiff seeks to recover for personal injuries received in an airplane accident. Defendant operated a repair service at the city of Imperial, Nebraska, municipal airport. Plaintiff's husband, with three other persons, constituted the Chase County Flying Club which owned the airplane involved in the accident.
