BELL, Circuit Judge:

Dryden, the employer, petitions to review and set aside an order of the Labor Board. The Board seeks enforcement of the same order. We grant enforcement of the order to the extent that the company was found to have violated § 8 (a) (1) of the Act. 29 U.S.C.A. § 158 (a) (1). The order as it relates to the violation of § 8(a) (3) and (1) of the Act, by the discharge of employee Harmon will also be enforced. 29 U.S.C.A. § 158...
