PER CURIAM.

With the assistance of counsel defendant tendered a plea of guilty to a reduced charge of unlawful use of a motor vehicle without intent to steal, contrary to MCLA § 750.414 (Stat Ann 1954 Rev § 28.464). On March 3, 1970 he was sentenced to a term of six months probation by Judge Daniel J. Van Antwerp of the recorder's court.
