Appellant-plaintiff, Norman Robbin, appeals a final judgment entered by the court in favor of the appellee-defendant, Gray Brewer, in a cause of action seeking declaratory relief to determine plaintiff's rights in and to the position of official court reporter of the Eighteenth Judicial Circuit.
