Plaintiff seeks to recover for personal injuries sustained in an automobile accident. The accident occurred on paved U. S. Highway No. 275, between Beemer and West Point, Nebraska, at about 8:30 a. m. on July 18, 1967. It was a clear morning, with good visibility.
