This suit was brought by the heirs at law of Vida Walker Patton, deceased, for the purpose of having her last will construed by the court. All defendants were trustees of a trust that was originally created by the provision of her husband's will. Defendants contended that Mrs. Patton's will devised all property she owned at her death to them as trustees to become a part of the corpus...
