This diversity action was instituted by Butler Paper against Maneke-Kinzie to recover on a guaranty in which Maneke-Kinzie agreed to guarantee payment for paper used by Business Forms and supplied by Butler Paper, and for recovery against Business Forms on its contracts of purchase. The district court concluded upon its own findings that Butler failed to tender sufficient evidence to sustain its burden...
