This is a case in tort arising out of an automobile accident which occurred on July 31, 1966 at about 9:30 a.m., in the intersection of Patricia and Perrin Streets in Arabi, Louisiana. The plaintiffs herein are Mrs. Heider and Mr. Heider, who sued individually and on behalf of his minor son.
