Lerner, who died in the City of Rochester, Monroe County, New York, on the 7th day of March, 1962, leaving a last will and testament which was duly admitted to probate in this court on the 16th day of March, 1962. The decedent left him surviving a wife, two children, and five grandchildren under the age of 21 years.
