Appellant Evelyn Dunn was injured when she lost control of her car as a result, so she claimed, of fuel oil being spilled on the highway from a tanker truck belonging to appellant, CRT, Inc. Evelyn Dunn was awarded damages for personal injuries and her husband, Lamar Dunn, obtained a judgment for his wife's medical expenses and for his loss of consortium.
