Appellant was found guilty of first degree burglary by a jury and was sentenced to the Indiana State Prison for not less than ten nor more than twenty years. Appellant's sole assignment of error is that there was insufficient evidence to sustain the verdict and, therefore, the verdict was contrary to law.
