This suit was brought by John Edgar McDaniel, Jr., and Edward Marion Graves against Minor Johnson for damages and for an injunction under the provisions of Article 666, Section 18 of the Vernon's Ann.Penal Code based upon plaintiffs' allegation that the defendant was illegally operating a liquor store.
