This is an action in which the plaintiff seeks (1) injunctive relief to prevent the defendants from proceeding with the prosecution of plaintiff for violation of Section 944.21(1) (a) of the Wisconsin Statutes and from proceeding with the prosecutions of plaintiff Amato, Robert Petitt, Maynard Miller and Frank Ryden for violations of Sections 9.07(2), 20.08, 20.09 of the Ordinances of the City of Janesville...
