Appellant Bobby Gene Casey was found guilty by a jury and convicted on two counts of violating the Dyer Act, one under 18 U.S.C. § 2312 for interstate transportation of a stolen motor vehicle and the other under 18 U.S.C. § 2313 for unlawful receipt and concealment of a stolen vehicle while it was moving in interstate commerce.
