This lawsuit arose out of the purchase of a 1966 Chevrolet automobile by plaintiff from Chief Motor Company, Inc., on February 10, 1968. Named as defendants are Chief Motor Company, Inc., its president, William P. Lenard, and its bonding company, Reliance Insurance Company.
