BECKER, Justice.

Plaintiff tenant fell while descending a stairs in the premises rented from defendants. He sues for resultant injuries. At the close of all the evidence defendants' motion for a directed verdict in defendants' favor was sustained. Plaintiff appeals. We reverse.
