Plaintiff appeals from the judgment entered in this proceeding in eminent domain. The property condemned faces Capitol Park and consists of the west one-half of a city lot improved by a well-built and well-maintained 11-unit apartment building, with nine garages, located on "N" Street between 13th and 14th Streets in Sacramento.
