PER CURIAM.

The defendant was charged with second-degree murder contrary to MCLA § 750.316 (Stat Ann 1954 Rev § 28.549) and was found guilty by a jury of the lesser included offense of manslaughter.1 He was sentenced to serve 13 to 15 years in prison.
