On July 20, 1968, a disagreement arose between the police and (as indicated in appellant's brief) "some of the black citizens of East Pasco." There is substantial evidence from which the jury could have concluded that several rock-throwing and window-breaking incidents occurred in the area following which an estimated 75 to 100 people gathered at Kurtzman's Park.
