Appellant has only four exceptions and three assignments of error.

Defendant's exception number one is that "(d)efendant objects and excepts to the Findings of Fact for the reason that they are not sufficient to support the conclusions of law and the judgment." There was no exception made to any particular finding of fact. This exception is broadside and does not present for review the admissibility of the evidence on which the findings...
