The appellant is the owner of the legal title to the real estate here involved, of which the equitable title is held by Rigoberto A. Rodriguez Gonzalez and Candelaria Marrerro, his wife, as purchasers thereof under an agreement for deed (contract for sale) of which they are the assignees.
