Plaintiff, a widower, and defendant, a widow, were married in November of 1964. On February 13, 1967 plaintiff filed suit in the Civil District Court for the Parish of Orleans for a separation from bed and board on the ground of cruel treatment. The suit was allotted to Division "H" of that court. Mrs. Adams answered, denying the allegations of cruel treatment, and reconvened for a separation from bed and board, also on the ground of cruel treatment...
