Appellants Dopf and Sekulic appeal from their convictions under the Dyer Act, 18 U.S.C. § 2312, and raise various issues, two of which we find significant. They contend that the Court erred (1) in denying their motion to suppress certain oral inculpatory statements made by them to a Special Agent of the F.B.I., and (2) in improperly instructing the jury.
