This case involves three protests which were consolidated for purpose of trial. The merchandise in protest 61/17396 consists of sheets, one-eighth of an inch in thickness, composed of standard hardboard with single veneers of Lauan (Philippine Mahogany) laminated to both sides, consisting of three plies, and cut to sizes intended for use in the manufacture of flush doors.
