Appellants own three adjoining lots in Plaza Terrace Addition to Little Rock. The Pierces own one on which they live and the Robertsons own two. The dwelling house of the Pierces is located on their lot in the extreme northeast corner of the subdivision at the intersection of Markham and McKinley Streets. The Robertson lots also face on West Markham. The subdivision is bounded by West Markham Street on the north and McKinley Street on the east....
