On August 3, 1967, Archie G. Williams, while in the course and scope of his employment as a truck driver for Red Barn Chemicals, Inc., suffered a back injury when a front wheel came off the truck he was driving causing it to go into a ditch. He obtained a judgment for total and permanent disability benefits under the Workmen's Compensation Act, and Red Barn Chemicals and its insurer, Home Indemnity Company, appeal.
