Prior to the first appropriation of the property in July of 1966 the subject premises consisted of a gasoline service station on a site of about 0.397 ± acre with 199.42 ± feet of frontage on Route 17 in the Town of Owego and a balance of 1.088 ± acres as undeveloped land. The appropriation in July of 1966 and February of 1967 took the entire premises. The gasoline station was leased in 1950 to an oil company which in turn...
