Count II of the complaint alleged that defendant raped Margie Basko, in violation of A.R.S. § 13-611, and Count I charged that defendant aided and abetted another rape of Miss Basko by one Gilbert Felix, in violation of A.R.S. §§ 13-139 and 13-611.
