Plaintiff, Keith Adams & Associates, Inc., appeals from a judgment confirming an arbitration award in favor of defendant Dick Edwards.

Defendant was employed by plaintiff as a real estate salesman when a dispute arose over the amount of a commission due on the sale of an apartment complex.
