Defendant Vincent Michael Rizzo was charged in a three-count indictment for violations of Title 18, U.S.C.A. § 2314,1 the interstate transportation of falsely made or forged securities. Following a bench trial, defendant was found and adjudged guilty on all three counts. He was sentenced to a term of four years on each count, the sentences to run concurrently.
