OPINION OF THE COURT

PER CURIAM.

Appellant Long was indicted with one Cline for interstate transportation of a stolen vehicle in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2312. When the case was called for trial Cline pleaded guilty and testified against Long.

Appellant's attack on the conviction is based on the claim that the government's proof did not establish that the prohibited interstate transportation occurred after the vehicle was stolen. He points out...
