This direct criminal appeal from a conviction for check for check forgeries presents questions involving the producibility under the Jencks Act, 18 U.S.C. § 3500, of certain Federal Bureau of Investigation interim report forms prepared by the special agent who investigated the case. Also brought into issue are the adequacy of the Trial Judge's voir dire examination regarding the production of these reports, the adequacy of the proof...
