The issue in this property damage action is whether a supplemental summons, in addition to an amended complaint, must be served by a newly added plaintiff on a defendant originally sued in the action. The purpose of adding the new plaintiff was simply to correct the misallocation, among affiliated corporations of similar name, of the ownership of the property in suit.
