The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v. James Randolph Faison, Appellant

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Second Department.

July 20, 1970


Judgment modified, on the law, by reducing the terms of imprisonment under the first and second counts to 7½ to 15 years, and reducing the term under the third count to one year. As so modified, judgment affirmed. The findings of fact below are affirmed.

Defendant's conviction upon the first count was under subdivision 1 of section 1751 of the former Penal Law. His conviction upon the second count was under subdivision 2
