This action involves a boundary dispute between the fee holders of adjoining parcels of land situated in Provo, Utah. Each party initiated a quiet title action against the other, and the two cases were consolidated for trial. The trial court rendered judgment for the defendant, General Oil Company, and subsequently denied plaintiff's motion to amend the judgment or to grant a new trial.
