This is an action for an injunction against defendant's alleged infringement of United States Patent No. 3,307,363 (the Kinnan patent) and for an accounting. Henkels and McCoy, Inc., a Pennsylvania corporation with its main office in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania is the owner, by virtue of an assignment, of the Kinnan patent. The defendant is a resident of Pennsylvania doing business under the fictitious name of Elkin Farm...
