This is an appeal from a conviction for carrying a pistol without a license in violation of D.C.Code 1967, § 22-3204. Appellant's chief contention1 is that the trail court erred in denying his motion to suppress the weapon on the ground that it was obtained as the result of an illegal search and seizure.
