Plaintiff filed suit on two contracts allegedly breached by the defendants: (1) a written contract of employment under which defendant, National Remodelers & Rebuilders, Inc., through its officers, Julian and Milton Loeb, refused to account for and pay a percentage of net profits due plaintiff; and (2) an oral agreement with defendants Julian and Milton Loeb, individually, under which plaintiff was to receive a one-third interest in an apartment...
