On January 14, 1968, defendant was arrested in this county on a complaint which alleged a violation, occurring on that date, of the Pennsylvania Drug Device and Cosmetic Act, "in that he did have in his possession; 4 capsules of purple color with a white fine powder; 2 double-scored buff colored pills in a cigarette pack of Newports."
