On may 23, 1968, many employees of the Pontiac Osteopathic Hospital participated in a "walkout." Subsequently the hospital discharged Florence Beach, Burnadette Gilmette and Rosa Lee Shorters, defendants herein, from employment, alleging the illegality of their participation in the walkout. The three individual defendants, stewards of defendant union, claimed the discharges were unjustified...
