Birnam Wood has indeed come to Dunsinane. Appellants importune us to reverse the chancellor, Travers, J., and to set at naught an ordinance of the City of Salisbury reclassifying a 16 acre tract from "Industrial" to "Residential B," because, they insist, the change "will depreciate the value of * * * [their residences] and * * * interfere with their use and enjoyment of the same."
