Final partial decree modified, on the law, by adding thereto a provision that the direction therein as to the rates of interest do not apply to this claimant's award and that interest on this claimant's award be computed at the rate of 4% per annum from the date of taking, June 1, 1966, to August 1, 1966, and at the rate of 6% per annum from August 1, 1966 to the date of payment. As so modified, decree affirmed, with costs to claimant.
