Appellant filed a petition to determine heirship in the Owen Circuit Court. The trial court sustained appellee's demurrer to each of the three paragraphs contained in the petition and rendered final judgment thereon in favor of appellee.

From the record before us the following facts appear. Appellant was born on December 4, 1916 an illegitimate child. Her mother, during pregnancy, instituted bastardy proceedings before the Justice of the Peace...
