This appeal is before us for the third time. The plaintiff seeks recovery of damages for an injury resulting from the alleged negligent administration of a spinal anesthetic.

The first appeal, Herbert v. Travelers Indemnity Company, 193 So.2d 330 (1967), resulted from a trial before a jury which rejected the plaintiff's demands. We set aside the judgment and remanded with instructions for the reasons stated...
