CAFFREY, District Judge.
This is a civil action in the nature of a bill to reach and apply, filed in this court upon the basis of diversity jurisdiction. Plaintiff is a citizen of Massachusetts. Defendant is a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Illinois. The amount in controversy exceeds $10,000.
