Maxey, William Goodacre and wife, Glendell Goodacre, and Tommy Elliott and wife, Carla Jean Elliott against the Citizens National Bank of Lubbock, Texas and two of its related corporations, and some 25 other defendants alleged to be either officers or directors and two customers of the bank.
